Sinopsis[]
El ex-pupilo del Dr. Wells, Hartley Rathaway, regresa en busca de venganza tras haber sido afectado por la explosión del acelerador de partículas. Capaz de manipular ondas de sonido, el brillante Rathaway es una peligrosa amenaza tanto para Wells como para Flash. Mientras tanto, Iris está encantada cuando es contratada como reportera del Central City Picture News, pero es emparejada con el veterano Mason Bridge, a quien no le interesa. Cisco recuerda su primer día trabajando en S.T.A.R. Labs, cuando conoció a Hartley y a Caitlin. Joe pide a Eddie un favor pero no quiere que Barry lo sepa.
